Rescheduling: If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time, you are eligible to reschedule it.

Training Cancellation Policy

Cooling-Off Period: Customers have a 14-day cooling-off period during which they can cancel their training for a full refund.
Condition: This cooling-off period applies only if the training session is not scheduled to occur within 14 days of the payment date.
